Creative developer expresses an enhanced Ubuntu TV (video demo)

Unity introduced, along with solid functionalities, a manner of expressing itself and being expressed/filtered through one's creative state, presenting its components (Dash, launcher, etc) with a built-in enhanced capacity of being explored, tweaked, adjusted to one's needs.

Weeks ago, a deviantart artist created (psychologically "backed" by numerous previous mockups, concepts, ideas, etc, related to Unity all over the internets) an interesting view containing personal creative bits, probably oriented towards optimization, rather than an actual from-scratch attitude, filtering through personal creativity launcher elements (with various removals) and usage behavior (grouping items in a separate "entity", smoothly scrolling the movement between active Unity launcher icons, etc).

A just-published Youtube clip takes Ubuntu TV further, presenting an implemented code altered Ubuntu TV that adds new exciting functionalities and solid eyecandy elements, an enjoyable and usable experience.

The third-party non-Ubuntu developer successfully added a Torrents lens, Nokia maps (maps being, as seen in the video, rendered "inside" the Dash with click&drag functionalities), fancy weather support with conky-like information display, the Session Menu (probably the Ubuntu 12.10's with Dash-like texture, item separators), properly exposed settings (Ubuntu One, Power, System Info, User Accounts, Appearance, etc), shadowed big thumbnails moved via a coverflow-like interaction, Shotwell-powered photo lens following the coverflow behavior, etc.

The bellow video definitely exposes Unity's potential, in terms of creative additions, fancy items browsing, etc, basically, the power of Unity and where it can be taken and enriched by various both default and third-party implemented features.
