Faenza 1.0 released with reworked icons, new icons for GNOME-Shell and more
Faenza is an icon theme that definitely demands no explanations and, along with the awesome monochrome icons (for panels) and fancy "regular" icons comes a constant development cycle, that adds more and more functionality and suitability.
Faenza 1.0 has just been released bringing numerous changes.
What is new in Faenza 1.0?
- new icons (Preferences-Desktop-Wallpaper, SEtroubleshoot, System-Switch-Java, etc)
- new status icons (nm-device-wired-secure)
- reworked/redesigned icons (Epiphany Web Browser, executable files, etc)
- new icons for Gnome Shell

How do we install Faenza 1.0?
Add the following official PPA (Karmic, Lucid, Maverick, Natty, Oneiric):
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tiheum/equinox
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install faenza-icon-theme
