Flash-free Youtube client, Minitube 1.7, released with handy additions

The flash-free Youtube client, Minitube, has just been updated to version 1.7, extending its feature base with handy additions.

What is new in Minitube 1.7?

• clickable usernames in the playlist that display, when clicked, that particular username's video clips
• Manually Start Playing (when a video is played, by activating this option, the search for other clips can be performed without losing the currently played clip)
  Activate this under Minitube-->Playback-->check Manually Start Playing
  The manual mode will be active until you either uncheck it or just click the Manually Start Playing button
• option to break the continuous playing mode via Stop After This Video (Minitube-->Playback-->check Stop After This Video)

How do we install Minitube 1.7?
Add the following PPA (Lucid, Maverick, Natty, Oneiric, Precise)

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ferramroberto/minitube

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install minitube

As a manual alternative, download the package, unpack it and double-click the minitube executable.
