LibreOffice 3.4 BETA 5 released, mainly a stability-related release
LibreOffice 3.4 has just reached its fifth BETA, mainly a stability-related release, a step forward in the coming 3.4 stable version.
Along with bug fixes, LibreOffice 3.4 BETA 5 brings some individual improvements in Writer, Calculator, some resolved conflicts with GNOME, translation improvements and updated dictionaries.
How do we install LibreOffice 3.4 BETA 5?
Uninstall your previous LibreOffice installation, download the package, unpack it and type in a terminal (if you unpacked the archive in "Downloads")
cd Downloads/LibO_3.4.0beta5_Linux_x86_install-deb_en-US/DEBS
sudo dpkg -i *.deb
cd desktop-integration
sudo dpkg -i *.deb
