Mozilla Firefox full integration into AppMenu extension has just landed in Natty Narwhal (no PPA required)
In the last weeks we tested the Firefox integration in the Global Menu/AppMenu from its own PPA and the overall Appmenu integration was pleasant with very few bugs.
Just now the Unity Appmenu extension for Mozilla Firefox has landed in Natty Narwhal, making the browsing experience more compact, fixing some bugs and strengthing the Appmenu.
One interesting thing that worth mentioning is that this Unity extension is developed on its own separate package, independent of Firefox (bug targeting and updates will be more efficient and faster).
There are still important applications without the Appmenu full support like LibreOffice, VLC media player (especially QT apps) that will receive more love in the near future (hopefully by the time of final Ubuntu 11.04).
