Nitro adds new fancy Metro theme

Nitro is a versatile task management tool, featuring support for lists, tasks, schedules,etc, bundle of features that allows one to easily organize tasks via a user-friendly interface with clean, properly exposed elements.

After receiving an enhanced Unity integration with launcher badge support and ability to sync its content via Ubuntu One and Dropbox, the new version, 1.4.7, introduces further changes and improvements.

Metro is a new theme, that introduces (since 1.4.5) a clean look with white-ish background, blue selection bars, red-colored overdue, fancy minimalistic top-right corner icons (add, delete, sort), etc, basically, expressing Nitro via a modern, eye-catching user interface, while retaining functionalities, ease of use and GTK+ theme-blending.

Along with the mentioned eyecandy elements, the new 1.4.7 release brings various minor design and sync fixes, as well as updated translations.

The Metro theme can be selected under Nitro-->View-->Settings-->Theme-->Pick a theme-->Metro

How do we install Nitro 1.4.7?
Add the following official PPA (Precise)

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:cooperjona/nitrotasks

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install nitrotasks
