Our lovely Mark Shuttleworth says: "Let's get ... the 0px theme" (Ambiance&Radiance reverted to 0px borders)
Our innovative Ubuntu leader, Mark Shuttleworth, agreed to revert to 0px borders, meaning that Natty Narwhal's users will enjoy border-less Ambiance and Radiance.
Yesterday, Mark was asking the developers to revert to 1px borders (read our previous post for full coverage) and just now, he has stated "Oh alright, let's fix the issues for Unity-2D and get the 0px theme looking stunning for release".
This is a clear sign of how an open community can grow and why values like transparency (the decision "table" was Launchpad, in this case), flexible decisions (that can be reverted if an important, serious part of users+developers ask for it) should be cherished and appreciated.
