Shotwell 0.12.1 released with critical bugs fixed (safe to update)

Shotwell, Ubuntu's default photo manager, has been updated to version 0.12 (March 28th 2012) bringing stability improvements and new tools, nevertheless, numerous users encountered a serious, critical bug, meaning, when an image was opened via right-click on it-->Open With-->Shotwell Photo Viewer a dialog appeared displaying an error, thus making Shotwell unable to open (and then adjust, modify, edit) that particular image.

A new updated Shotwell version, 0.12.1, has just been release, fixing the critical bug, thus presenting itself as a it-is-now-safe-to-update-to-this-version release.
