The fourth and last maintenance update to Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Lucid Lynx, 10.04.4, is available for download with numerous security updates and bug fixes, covering server, desktop, alternate installation CD, DVD for i386 and amd64 architectures.

Ubuntu 10.04.3 LTS, the third maintenance update of the current LTS, Lucid Lynx, has just been released.

These release includes security updates and numerous bug fixes, targeting stability.

Why should we use Ubuntu 10.04.3, instead of the "regular" Ubuntu 10.04?

The Ubuntu team has just released Ubuntu 10.04.2 LTS, the second maintenance update of Lucid Lynx, which includes updated server, desktop and alternate CDs and DVDs for 32&64-bit.
"Numerous updates have been integrated, and updated installation media has been provided so that fewer updates will need to be downloaded after installation. These include security updates and corrections for other high-impact bugs, with a focus on maintaining stability and compatibility with Ubuntu 10.04 LTS".
