Steadyflow

Steadyflow is a lightweight download manager, featuring a minimalistic, clean and easy-to-use interface, basically a handy appindicator that summons a simplistic dialog (via Add download) where download addresses are pasted/typed with support for folder selection, after-download actions (Open downloaded file, Open containing folder, Run command, etc) and real-time search through downloaded items.

Steadyflow, an easy-to-use GTK+ based download manager, has reached yet another version, 0.1.7, bringing new features and better Unity Integration:

  • "Add download" has been added to Steadyflow's qucklist on Unity launcher

Steadyflow + Chromium = Chromeflow extension (released)

Steadyflow 0.1.6 is a neat download manager with a fancy look and extra options (compared with the built-in download manager in web-browsers) that just fits in Natty with the new appindicator support.

Although Mozilla Firefox and Epiphany have previously received support (through FlashGot and Ephyflow), Chromium lacked integration with Steadyflow.
