Ubuntu Software Center 4.1.10 released with a 50% boost in speed and a "Top Rated" carousel

Ubuntu Software Center 4.1.10 features now a "Top Rated" carousel along with the regular "Featured" and "What's new", that, obviously, exposes Ubuntu Software Center's top rated apps.

Interesting enough (even though a new completely redesigned 5.0 version is to probably be released) this 4.1.10 version brings a serious boost in speed, not only on its launch, but also (according to the release notes) there is a 50% improvement in speed when a .deb package is installed (probably because the categories and the "featured content" isn't loaded anymore).
