Vladstudio's "A Little Quetzal" wallpaper landed in Quantal's Flickr submission group

Days ago, the developers launched a wallpapers contest, needed to select the default wallpaper stack for Ubuntu 12.10.

Basically, interested users can submit wallpapers to a dedicated Flickr group (untill August 28th 2012), from where a shortlist is selected, followed by the actual default wallpapers grouped and landed in Quantal Quetzal.

The already submitted wallpapers are definitely interesting, taking advantage of numerous creative "energies", with subjects varying from flowers, animals, sky, mountains, etc.

The widely known artist Vladstudio has just submitted a fancy wallpaper, bearing his famous style, that is to add a "classy" artistic touch to the desktop.

Labeled as "A Little Quetzal", the wall brings the colored Quetzal in the center of the screen, surrounded by an orange-ish background with abstract items encompassing the green bird.
